ABSTRACT SUBMISSION


 
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The submission of the abstracts can only be done via the Online Sumbission System.

Abstract submission deadline: 15 August 2021. 

Abstracts will be presented either in ORAL or POSTER format.
Abstracts must be prepared in English & Turkish (Only in English for foreign participants).
Abstracts will be published in congress abstract book.
Abstracts must be presented in Turkish (in English for foreign participants). 
Scientific Committee has the right to change the form and category of the presentation, and to accept or reject the application.
Authors of the accepted abstracts must attend the Congress and present them in person.
If the abstracts will not be presented at the Congress as Oral or Poster presentations, they will not be published in the Congress Book.

When submitting an abstract, authors should indicate the presentation preference (oral or poster).
During submission of the paper, it should be indicated which of the following subheadings the study belongs to:
1- Cancer Genetics and Biology

2- Molecular and Genetic Basis of Diseases - Functional Genomic Approaches
3- Molecular and Genetic Basis of Diseases - Organoid Based Disease Modelling and Personalised Medicine
4- Stem Cell Biology
5- Gene and Cell Therapy
6- Epigenetic Mechanisms
7- Proteomics and Applications
8- Immunology and Covid-19 Related Molecular Pathways
9- Organellopathies and Cell Death
10- Molecular Neuroscience
11- Other

Only the first letter of the title should be capitalized (abbreviation in the title should not be used).
The name and surname of the authors should be clearly stated in the relevant section of the institution. However, there should not be any sentences to introduce the institution or researchers in the summary of the abstract.
The names should not include academic titles.
In order for the abstract to be accepted, author must be registered for the congress.
Each registered author can present maximum 2 abstracts.
Abstract text shall not exceed 250 words.

The abstracts should be arranged according to the following sections and these sections should not be listed as headlines in the abstract.

- General Information and Purpose
- Materials and Methods
- Findings (numerical and / or statistical information are given)
- Discussion
- Conclusion


Project / research support for the proposed research should be stated in the "Note to the Scientific Committee".
Abstracts that are currently in progress and that have not yet received results and studies that do not include the sections given above will not be evaluated.
It is necessary to pay attention to misspellings in order to print the summaries sent via the online abstracts module. The authors are responsible for all typos.
 
ABSTRACT EVALUATION
The assessments will be made online by the Congress Scientific Committee. Name, surname and institutions of the authors will be kept unrevealed to the committee. In order for the abstract to be evaluated, the submitter must have completed the congress registration process. Each registered author can present maximum 2 abstracts.
 
ACCEPTANCE- REJECTION LETTERS
Acceptance / rejection letters will be sent to participants by e-mail 1 month prior the conference. 
Oral Presentation program and Poster numbers will be sent to participants in a group e-mail within a week after the abstract acceptance.
